看到造纸和橡胶之类的行业用的很多,快速低压,去除水汽,然后加热干燥。
任何时候,一旦发现膨胀机/干燥机,有排出金属物质的迹象,应触发对机器进行物理检查的程序。 任何时候发现在膨胀机或者干燥机出口出现金属(碎屑)都应当对机器进行物理检查。
大型旋转机械,出口能出现金属碎屑,动平衡上会有明确信号,振动一般会超过以往运行记录值,并且随着时间振动值逐渐增大,波形近似为斜坡形。
设备出厂肯定做动平衡,所以其原因一般为上游固体颗粒对叶轮的磨损或者工艺介质对转子的腐蚀。
然后就是启动备用设备,维修队伍进场,这台能修就修,不能修就订新转子;没备用就看能不能撑到设备大修,不能就停机。 At this point, with the system running properly, the Expeller and Expander/Dryer motor “Motor Load Relays” should be set for “Low” and “High” values (supplied by AIC only if our control system is included in the equipment scope). 而Anderson胶料干燥工艺主要是挤压脱水和膨胀干燥。前序挤压脱水是绞龙形式的,开始想说有可能前序叶片脱落金属屑?但说的是检查膨胀干燥部分,说明是后道工序出问题,
后道序我感觉也是绞龙,但同时还有加热,胶料在筒子里快速输送快速达到工艺温度,但因为内压高导致水分还是液体,从尾部排料(discharge)出来时由于外部压力降低而使得胶料迅速膨胀(漏粉?冻豆腐?)水分直接汽化,干燥程度很高。而厂家样本说与产品接触的零件都是防锈,无污染不锈钢,那么如果有金属混杂则可能是叶片表面硬化层磨损,或者耐磨性本身就不够,或者胶料物性超出合理范围导致按正常工艺产量却出现磨损,所以感觉不仅检查设备还可检查胶料。(仅是想象,并无根据)
