Principal Responsibilities
Support for the Operational readiness of the new plant (including walkdowns & punch listing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, preparing SOPs & routine schedules etc.)
Planning and Execution of all Equipment (Rotating) Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance .
Review all documents available in GDMS and work with LE to prepare equipment BOM and upload into SAP system.
Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment through Online and Offline Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis and other techniques.
Planning, execution and monitoring of contractor routine and non-routine maintenance activities and perform troubleshooting or provide guidance where issues arise.
Required Qualifications/Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years’ of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry or Diploma holder with 10 years’ maintenance experience Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry preferred.
Experience in a Gas Plant such as Gasification/SMR/ASU is an advantage.

工作内容，
无非就是新设备安装，调试验收，
建档案，台账，保养计划，备品备件资料，做库存，
设备故障诊断，维修，
动设备，一般联轴器，轴承，密封，润滑，
安装时找平找正找中心，间隙，侧隙，平行，跳动，动平衡，运行时看电流，振动，温度，噪音，
大机组转子有问题，修不了，委外，就是管理外部维保方。
读图，巡检抄表，维保用的那些家伙什，零碎的小机加，
这些，你应当非常熟悉了。 如果我是螺丝工，这个就是技工
