工作咨询-Dyson 设计工程师（维持）
职位是一名设计工程师（维持），在中国上海工作，需要与全球内部团队和不同的跨部门进行合作。
职责包括
制定计划、监督进展并向管理层报告技术风险。
解决各种具有挑战性的问题，负责开发设计解决方案并提供工程交付物（如8D报告、样机、测试和分析结果、工程CAD和图纸、零件批准报告等）。
通过戴森核心工程流程和系统化方法，对从新的合同制造商到零部件级别的成品进行合格性验证。
随着业务的扩展，这个设计工程师（维持运营）需要提供工程交付物，以实现产品种类和组合的多样化，并通过系统化的价值分析和价值工程方法提供具有成本效益的设计。

Design Engineer (Sustaining)
Dyson creates products that differentiate on the basis of technical leadership and
innovation. This is baked into our product development process, ensuring that only world
class products make it into production. We push the boundaries of what others have defined
as possible. Our approach starts with an engineering mindset and different thinking. Then
we continuously refine our ideas – unwilling to compromise and driven by an obsession for
finding a better way.
After production begins, we expect to continually refine and improve our product and
offerings, ensuring that we identify, review and respond to market feedback. Our sustaining
team provide the Design Engineering capability and resources to manage, improve, maintain
and expand our multi-category portfolio of current production products. Through this
approach we maintain and expand our competitive advantage after product launch.
About the role
•The Design Engineer (Sustaining) role is expected to contribute his / her design
engineering capability and collaborate with internal team as well as different cross
functional departments globally, although this role will mainly be based in China,
Shanghai.
•Define plans, monitor progress and report to management on technical risks.
•He / she is expected to deal with different kind of challenging problems, taking the
responsibility to develop design solution with a good technical justification and
provide engineering deliverable (e.g. 8D reports, prototyping, testing & Analyse the
result, engineering CAD & drawings, part approval reports, etc.).
•Qualifying a finish goods from new contract manufacturer down to component level
from a new source through Dyson core engineering process and systematic
approach.
•In line with the business expansion, our Design Engineer (Sustaining) is required to
provide engineering deliverables in order to diversify our product variants and
portfolio, as well as delivering a cost-effective design through the systematic value
analysis and value engineering approach.
About you
•A degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline or equivalent
•Sound understanding of basic mechanical/product design principles and the
development of products and technologies through prototyping and testing Ability
to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate with work of others
•Technical and personal credibility to work effectively in cross-functional design
teams throughout the project development cycle.
•Basic knowledge and understanding of multiple tooling and manufacturing
techniques.
•Proven experience of delivering creative design solutions that improve upon
existing product designs
•A creative and considered approach to problem solving, following clear design
processes.
•Practical and methodical design development through hands on rig building,
prototyping and testing.
•Ability to plan ahead, prioritise tasks and coordinate with the work of others.
•Data Science or Statistical Tools (Design for 6 sigma, Pareto, DOE, etc.)
•Problem Solving Tools (8D, P Diagram, Fishbone, etc.)
•System Engineering
•3D Modelling and engineering drawing tools (CAD)

这类公司趁年轻早点进，以后再跳这种平台也会给你背书。
分享点我的一些经验：
老外面试，自己带个本放桌子上，用力握手，看眼睛，上来一个自我介绍，就是个简要总结，叫什么、在哪、学校、专业、个人强烈的工作意愿。这块不要多少，我赶上过一次，发挥用力过猛，说太多了，人家接下来节奏被打乱，只能一个劲的介绍自己公司了，被淘汰。
至于说为什么带个本，因为是Interview，重点在Inter，手一放，对面问你回答，那不叫面试，叫审讯。他介绍自己和公司的时候，你也象征性写两笔。
然后老外开始看简历逐条梳理你的内容，自圆其说就行，重点突出你的参与，当时选用的方法、克服的困难，取得成果、避免的损失。
最后准备几个泛泛的问题，Teamwork，CRM。
以上是面试环节，聊天、逻辑、口语都没啥问题，谈钱就是了。

这类欧美公司都有自己内部完善的流程和设计库，使劲学，很多人没这个经历的，说句话就露怯。
八爷说的如果没那么多卡点的地方，是个乐悠悠的椅子。这块，你进公司后看那些平时谈笑风生的老油条，手艺未必怎么样，但是能搞定不同风格的客户、碰到失效懂那套分析流程、会向上级汇报并且会表现出自己取得了很大成果，哪怕这事就是因为他才失效的，也得给老板留出我给你平了多大事的印象。
在里面最重要的一点，会抢资源，平时大家和和气气，吃吃喝喝都不碍事，谁耽误我项目节点了，老娘们撒泼，坐地上就哭。
至于说专业本身，就像你进了个五星级饭店炒菜，菜谱人家定的，但不影响你自己琢磨背后的原理，多看书不吃亏。
以后想再跳出来，也成了老油条，拎起斧子，下一家。
最后说一句，戴森，太TM贵，5年前我买V7，3800，今年淘汰给我老娘使，现在我用添可洗地机，哈哈。
这椅子很棒，是英鸟公司的‘产品协调’，比较辛苦，需要非常宽广的知识面，基础够，是一个乐悠悠的椅子，如果卡点过多，甭去，会疯了的，

感谢八爷指教！hr 约我去和 line manager 线下面试，拒绝了我线上面试的请求（不知道会不会被HR凑kpi）。准备去试试，趁这几天了解一下它们家的产品~
产品很好用。出口气流速，20M/S+。哈哈哈哈噪音不大。
过滤分两个，粗塑料孔、里面的细小金属网。 我没拆开螺丝看里面的情况。
国产徕芬据说要新建工厂，扩大产量。我准确去推销，开场白：戴森是我客户。哈哈哈哈哈哈
