Position Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Reports to: Director of Supplier Quality Assurance

PRI is delegated to looking for below people for our US client who provide auto part solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1. Conduct on site supplier assessments to evaluate supplier capabilities and identify improvement opportunities, provide supplier quality recommendation on the potential suppliers.
2. Provide immediate containment and proper control at the supplier and conduct root cause analysis for product quality issues, drive continuous quality improvement at the supplier site.
3. Be responsible for daily quality management, to release supplier performance report. To organize and host supplier workshop and deal with product quality and delivery issue. Press, guide and monitor the improvement of supplier; Responsible for the supplier’ claims.
4. Support the Global Quality and Purchasing systems team to define and continually improve the Quality system to meet the requirements of ISO/TS 16949/ISO14001.
6. Train plant and supplier personnel at all levels in the requirements and standardization of processes.
7. Serve as a global SQE for all Cardone Customer when involved suppliers are located in China.
Qualifications:
1. Supplier quality system knowledge.
1. Proficient English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
3. Minimum 5 years of work experience in supplier quality management
4. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 or other quality management tools.
5. Good organization coordination Capability and problem solving capability.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Open to Travel.
