该文采用 ABAQUS 建立了铝合金薄板激光切割的三维热-力耦合有限元模型,系统对比了传统拉格朗日(Lagrangian)方法与任意拉格朗日-欧拉(Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian, ALE)方法在模拟材料去除过程时的表现。结果表明,ALE 方法由于允许网格随材料流动而自适应调整,有效避免了严重网格畸变,无需反复重划网格即可完整再现切缝形成及热影响区演化,其预测的切缝宽度、热变形量与实验数据的吻合度显著优于拉格朗日方法
