没有复杂的偏微分方程。基本都是代数公式。再学不会，纯属态度问题..

好书，以后跟别人解释囚徒健身的经验推论就有材料数据做支撑了
肌腱的抗拉强度远大于肌肉(82Mpa/0.1Mpa)，所以力量跟看起来的肌肉关系不是很大，
